Safe & Sound Releases Industry-Leading ACEs Research. According to a just released congressional report, the Center for Youth Wellness (CYW), a Safe & Sound program, has successfully shown that screening for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) can be effectively incorporated into pediatric primary care nationwide. By identifying and addressing ACEs early, healthcare providers can intervene to mitigate the long-term impacts of childhood trauma on health and well-being for all children.
