The Program Manager, Therapeutic Playroom manages the Children’s Playroom to support children ages 0- 12 in developing socio-emotional skills in a child-led, trauma-informed, play-based space. The Program Manager, Therapeutic Playroom develops and implements services and standards to ensure families are building Protective Factors. The Program Manager,
Therapeutic Playroom directly supervises 2-3 Playroom Caregivers and all Playroom volunteers, responsible for their onboarding, training, and supervision. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager of Parent and Child Education.

This position is responsible for providing direct care management services to families enrolled in our Supportive Family Services Program through the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA). FFPSA was signed into law as part of Public Law (P.L.) 115–123 and has several provisions to enhance support services for families to help children remain at home, reduce the unnecessary use of congregate care, and build the capacity of communities to support children and families.

The Events Manager is responsible for developing and implementing engagement and fundraising events to enhance and grow revenue from current and prospective donors. In this role, the Events Manager will oversee the planning, logistics and execution of events related to Development and ensure a smooth and successful experience for guests and donors.
