Client Survey

As a client facing, community-based organization, we want to make sure that we are providing the best service and experience possible to our clients. In order to do this, we are asking for feedback from our clients on their experiences of being supported and treated while at Safe & Sound.


WITH HELP FROM THE PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC), WE HAVE CREATED A SECOND CLIENT SURVEY!

This survey consists of two phases:

  • Phase 1 (Completed and results will be shared in November 2021) focused on gathering feedback on how well Safe & Sound has responded to the needs of our clients and their families during the pandemic.
  • Phase 2 (Completed and results will be shared in early 2022) focused on gathering feedback on the specific services and programs that we offer as an organization.
