As a client facing, community-based organization, we want to make sure that we are providing the best service and experience possible to our clients. In order to do this, we are asking for feedback from our clients on their experiences of being supported and treated while at Safe & Sound.
This survey consists of two phases:
The survey for phase 1 is officially closed. We will analyze the responses for this phase throughout March – May 2021 and present the results in August 2021. Phase 2 of the survey will launch in the summer of 2021, and we plan to share the results of phase 2 by December 2021.
