Molly Jardiniano is the Associate Director of Children Family Services for Safe & Sound; she oversees all direct services for the family support center. She works closely with her team to ensure quality wrap-around services for families. Mrs. Jardiniano has been educating children and parents for over 27 years to help protect the well-being of youth and families in San Francisco. She joined the organization as a volunteer, moved into managing the children’s playroom evening program, and was the scheduler of the 24 hour Parental Stress Line for over 7 years. She then worked for over 15 years creating the Child Safety Awareness program that empowers children to protect themselves and be good decision-makers in dangerous situations and educating parents on safety issues such as abduction, molestation, strangers, bullying, guns, and how to keep their families safe. Molly worked closely with elementary schools in the San Francisco Unified School District as well as private schools, after school programs, wellness centers, and summer camps to establish this program in San Francisco.
She is a certified teacher in many parenting curriculums, she has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development, and Bachelor of Science in Management. When Molly is away from work, she enjoys running, walking her dog and spending time with her family.
