To more accurately understand the opinions, values and priorities of the community and of civic and elected leaders, we do periodic external scans using surveys, opinion polls and other research tools. These tools give us valuable feedback and help us communicate more effectively with audiences that need to know about the progress being made and the challenges that still exist in Baltimore.
